Unlisted destinations, added stops, major detours, parking, tolls, and itinerary changes are reviewed before the fare is confirmed.
Hourly service
Approved hourly rates and minimums.
Hourly service is quoted for the expected duration and itinerary. Additional time is billed according to the written confirmation.

Gratuity
A 20% automatic gratuity is added to the published transportation fare and included in the final written total. Customers may add an optional additional tip.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are charged 50%. No-shows are charged 100%.
Payment at booking
The owner selects the required deposit or full fare for each trip. The amount stated in the written quote is due through the private payment link before the reservation is finalized.
