Reservation status
Submitting the website form is a request only. A trip is not confirmed until ATM Limo Ride accepts the request in writing and any required payment is completed through the secure link provided by the reservations team.
Reservation terms

Published sedan and SUV fares, waiting rules, gratuity, cancellation terms, and quote-only conditions are disclosed before payment.
Before you pay: Review the written quote or reservation confirmation. Sprinter Van pricing, weather-related pricing, unlisted routes, closures, overnight service, and other special conditions are quoted individually and are not automatically priced by the website.
Waiting and stops
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting and other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is $0.30 per minute. Added stops are $15 each unless the written quote states otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are charged 50%. No-shows are charged 100%.
Payment, gratuity, and changes
A 20% automatic gratuity is added to the published transportation fare and included in the final written total. Customers may add an optional additional tip. Use only the private payment link associated with your quote. If the itinerary, pickup time, passengers, luggage, stops, or vehicle changes, request updated written terms before paying.
Privacy and safety
Contact and trip details are used to review, arrange, and support the requested transportation. Card and ACH details are entered directly in Stripe Checkout and are not stored by this website. Zelle payments are confirmed only after the owner sees the deposit in the business bank account. Passengers must follow chauffeur safety instructions and applicable law.
